Similarly, the fall season in New Orleans offers mild temperatures and a lively atmosphere. With highs ranging from the 70s to 80s, exploring New Orleans without being overwhelmed by the summer heat is comfortable.
Fall also brings iconic events such as Halloween, allowing teenagers to enjoy haunted houses and other spooky treats.

- French Quarter: Staying in the heart of the French Quarter puts you in the middle of everything. You will have access to many activities listed below and delicious dining. However, the French Quarter is more adult-friendly than teen friendly and can get crowded and noisy.
- Warehouse District and Central Business District: This area of town is my favorite to stay in and is just outside the French Quarter. The Warehouse District/CBD offers a more relaxed and teen-friendly ambiance. It’s home to galleries, museums, and trendy restaurants, providing a mix of fun for both teens and parents.
- Garden District: The Garden District is an excellent choice if your family prefers a quieter, safer neighborhood. Known for its picturesque streets and historic homes, this neighborhood offers a tranquil setting while providing access to charming boutiques, cafes, and the St. Charles Avenue streetcar line.
